ChristianPages.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Advertising Terms and Conditions, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued participation on this Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, ChristianPages.com grants you limited privilege to enter, advertise, and use the Site.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

The following core beliefs establish the foundation upon which all our advertisers' endeavors are based. Each advertiser on ChristianPages.com has pledged and believes:
  1. The Bible is the divinely inspired, inerrant Word of God: It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is infallible - the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds and opinions should be tried.

  2. There is one true God. In the one true God there exists three persons: the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one.

  3. Jesus Christ is the living Son of God. He is equal with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life and sacrificed Himself as the perfect lamb of God for the sins of all mankind by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after three days and demonstrated His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory where He sits at the right hand of the Father. Jesus will return for His Church on Earth and reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

  4. The Holy Spirit is Divine and present in the world, revealing to us, our need for salvation through Jesus Christ. He also lives within every Christian from the moment they receive Jesus Christ as the Savior and Lord of their life. He provides the Christian with sanctification - power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and daily guidance. The Christian surrenders their life to the power of the Holy Spirit daily.

  5. The existence and personality of Satan, his total opposition to God, and his power over the unregenerate.

  6. The recognition that all men are lost in sin and hopeless to earn salvation which is only obtainable by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

  7. The Church, those called out, being the Body of Christ, united as one Body in the Holy Spirit, consisting of those who have received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  8. We must dedicate ourselves anew to the service of our Lord and to His authority over our lives, using every means possible to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world. Our Great Commission, instituted by Christ our Lord - to preach the Gospel to all mankind, baptizing them and guiding those who follow Him.


THIS INTERNET ADVERTISING AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made between ChristianPages.com ("Publisher") and the undersigned advertiser ("Advertiser").

In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties hereto agree as follows:
  1. Advertising. Publisher shall use its diligent efforts to provide the Internet-related advertising as specified. Any advertising submitted by Advertiser must be in form and substance acceptable to Publisher. The community of advertisers included on ChristianPages.com support and endorse these steadfast truths:
    • I am a Christ follower and have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
    • I support efforts to protect human life from conception to natural death.
    • I desire to connect with Christians in my community and pledge to provide them with fair, honest and reliable service.

    Each advertising application will be manually reviewed. To be approved, it must satisfy the following requirements:
    • All application information must be accurate and verifiable.
    • Advertser web sites or links cannot contain any of the following:
      • Adult or mature content
      • Any profane or inappropriate language
      • References to illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
      • Violent or hateful content
      • Anything that references illegal content or promotion thereof
      • Any Pro-choice/Pro-abortion references or links
      • Any insulting references to ethnic background, culture, or religion

  2. Payment. Advertiser shall pay the established fee set forth to Publisher, due and payable as indicated therein. Advertiser understands that their advertisement is automatically renewed and processed annually, unless cancelled by the Advertiser upon notification of such renewal. Each year, the Publisher has the right to a reasonable advertising rate increase based on established value.

  3. Indemnity. Advertiser shall at all times defend, indemnify and hold harmless Publisher and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to the content of Advertiser's advertisements served by Publisher pursuant to this Agreement and/or any materials to which users can link through those advertisements.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    1. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PUBLISHER BE LIABLE TO ADVERTISER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, COSTS OF DELAY, OR LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES ARISING FROM ANY SOURCE.

    2. PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY REGARDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES, SUITABILITY, COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, QUALITY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PUBLISHER WEB SITE.

    3. IN NO EVENT SHALL PUBLISHER BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PAYMENT OWED TO PUBLISHER as set forth in the fee schedule.

    4. PUBLISHER WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT BUT FOR THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION 4.

  5. Intellectual Property Rights. Neither party will acquire any ownership interest in each other's intellectual property. Publisher shall have the right to place Advertiser's logo, tradename and trademark on any advertising from Advertiser and to otherwise use such items in connection with the purposes of this Agreement.

  6. Force Majeure. Neither Publisher nor Advertiser shall be liable to the other for any failure or delay in its performance due to any cause beyond its control, including acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labor shortage or dispute, Internet interruption, government acts, and other similar events.

  7. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes and contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the other has not made any representations, warranties or agreements of any kind, except as expressly set forth herein. This Agreement may not be modified or amended, except by an instrument in writing signed by duly authorized officers of both of the parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts each of which shall be deemed an original and all such counterparts shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement will be deemed entered into in Michigan, USA and will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, excluding that body of law known as conflicts of law. The parties agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved solely through confidential binding arbitration in the State of Michigan before one arbitrator selected by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. In the event of any dispute, each party shall bear its own attorneys fees, expert witness fees, and 1/2 of the arbitrator fees. The provisions of this Agreement relating to payment of any fees or other amounts owed, indemnification, confidentiality, limitations of liability and intellectual property shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement. The language in this Agreement shall be construed as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.
